I bought Frigidaire dishwasher for 10 months ago (the cheapest one). Some problem happened. Need help!!?

When the dishes were dry, There were some powder cover everything and you can feel it when you touch the dishes.It seems not clean. Is this normal? Is it safe to use the dish or I have to wash them again. Or because of the detergent ? I use storebox detergent. I need help.

try using the liquid or gel soap instead of the powder

Sounds like you have a hard water problem.  Talk to a plumber about installing a water softener.

You should also purchasee some JetDry or other rinsing agent and use that as well as detergent.  There should be a place to put your rinse aid in the dishwasher as well as the detergent.  

Also make sure you're not using too much soap.
