  1. Just follow the directions for brewing coffee for your coffee maker (usually 1 teaspoon per cup and one for the pot). If you prefer a stronger/weaker brew adjust accordingly. If it is fine ground you should consider either an espresso machine or French press to get the most out of it. Good Luck!


  2. The Real way to make puerto rican coffee is to not use a coffee maker. You use a pot on the stove. Add water, 1 cup for each cup of coffee. When the water heats up, add the coffee. Add how much you want depending on how strong you like it. Cook it for a minute or two, then drain the coffee through a coffee drainer, its a mesh type of instrument. This way you take out the grounds, then throw them away. Put the coffee back into the pot & add milk & sugar. Heat it & stir until the milk gets a little foamy.

    That is the old fashioned way. Alot of people now a days just brew the coffee in a coffee pot & then put it on the stove & add milk & sugar.
