I bought a 1991 gulfcrest sea boat a year ago,did not put it in my name cause i lost title owner move?

What can i do next? i went to texas parks & wildlife but that address they had he no longer live there,all i have left is STATE OF TEXAS certificate of number for a boat. it shows the serial number and the owner name, thank you i realy appreciated

Not sure what the procedure is in Texas, but it sounds like you have to find the prior owner. Try checking with the post office.  They may have a forwarding address.  Also, check with neighbors who lived near their prior residence, someone may still be contact with them or know where  they moved to.  If you know they city they moved to, get on the Internet and  search for their name and city.  Good luck!
