I bought a Creative Zen

Question

I bought a Creative Zen Xtra 60GB on eBay. It never seemed to work quite right. There was a gliche in the file system and sometimes it would not recognize the playlists already installed.Downloaded the new software because my purchase DID NOT come with software or a cable.Got the software installed and the Zen Xtra worked long enough for me to get ALL of my selections installed on the drive. Then when I tried to play from the drive, it started rebooting constantly. The only way to stop it is to pull the battery. However, it starts again once I try to pull the playlists and play a song or an album.Any thoughts?
