I bought a Dell inspiron. I bought a Dell inspiron - 1526 computer.It says my Lexmark P4350

I bought a Dell inspiron - 1526 computer.It says my Lexmark P4350 printer is compatible.It shows it is installed with the driver on my hard drive.I can't get it to show up when I need to choose a printer when I want to print.
