I bought a Everlast heavy boxing bag...?

Question

ONLY, I want to go buy the part that will attach to the ceiling and to the bag but I don't know what it is called. Anyone????? The bag has chains attached to the top of it, I just need that part that rotates the bag around.

A basic strong hook together with a swivel and a spring.

Many vendors offer strong swivels that can be directly attached to the ceiling by several screws. If you select one of those, make sure it is sturdy enough for your intended use. example: kicking etc.
