I bought a FELT F5C Road Bike, How can i use the speeds?

I have two controls for the speeds, one in one side, which one is for decrease and which one is for increase??, I dont nothings about bike, I'm trying to start in this sport.

I'm assuming you mean the shifters for the front and rear derailers. One shifter is for the front derailer, one is for the rear. Shifting to a smaller chainring (the front sproket) makes you pedal easier, for like climbing, and to a larger chainring for more speed. The rear sprockets (the cassette) is the opposite. Bigger sprocket, easier pedalling. Smaller sprocket, harder pedalling.

While I agree with the last answer, is this a joke? You bought a $2,000 bicycle and you don't know how to shift the gears? Did you buy it at a bike shop? If you did, what shop did you buy this bike from? I'll make sure to put them on my "Never Going to Visit" list. The shop should've helped you with that. If you bought private party, you should've mentioned it to the seller. For all of this, you could've been out riding and enjoying yourself instead of sitting here waiting for one of us to give you the answer- if this is real.

To add to the answers already given:  If you look at your brake levers, you will notice that the entire brake lever moves toward the center of the bike.  You will also notice that behind the brake lever there is a smaller lever that also moves in towards the center of the bike if you push it with your fingers.  

The shifter on the left makes big changes in the amount of effort it takes to pedal.  If you push the entire lever towards the right (center of the bike), it will shift to the larger chainring (front gear) making it harder to pedal, but giving you more speed.  If you click the smaller lever behind the brake lever on the left, it will shift to the smaller chainring making it easier to pedal for going up hills.

The shifter on the right makes smaller changes in the amount of effort it takes to pedal.  On the right side, the opposite is true.  When you move the entire shift lever toward the center (left), you will shift to an easier gear.  On this side, you can shift up to 3 gears at one time.  The smaller lever on the back of the brake lever will shift down to a harder gear.  

If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend finding a good bike shop that can help you out.  Most shops would be more than happy to help you learn how to use the shifters on your bike.
