I bought a Fujifilm Finepix S1000FD and a Lexar 2 gig sd card but I dont have the camera yet.Will the card fit?Please help me.

Yes it will.

Your camera uses both xD and SD / SDHC memory cards ... SD memory cards are more universally used by other camera companies.  

The fact that your cameras uses SDHC cards means you can use 4GB or 8GB cards if you ever want to.
