I bought a JVC 42in. LCD flat screen tv about 2 weeks ago and now it won't turn on.

I just bought the listed tv above about 2 weeks ago. However, I went to turn it on yesterday and it makes the sound to come back on, then the blue power light just blinks on and off until I unplug it. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what was the solution? Also, if this is a common problem of this brand, than I rather just sell it and buy something that is reliable. Anything anyone can tell me is appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Something is wrong with the set.  JVC  is a reliable brand, and you should not have that problem.  If you bought it new, it is still under warranty, contact the place you bought it or JVC customer service.  If it is not under warranty, this problem could be repaired for less than the cost of a new TV; a power surge may have damaged the set's power supply.  Again, the best bet is to contact JVC customer support.  They will stand behind their product.
