I bought a PS 3 in Canada. Will it work in Pakistan?

I doubt it, as far as I know consoles are regionally locked. Almost like a cell phone. It pretty much means it won't play any other games unless you bought them in the same country as your PS 3. If you're talking about being able to play the games you already have, just plug it in using an adapter for the power outlet. Then it should work just fine.
