  1. do a search engine but it only illegal in tournaments you can still play normal golf with it

  2. Unfortunately you missed the deadline to get it replaced with a newer, legal model for free (I think it should read Feb 2008):

But you could try contacting them and explaining the situation. Unfortunately, your position is exactly the same as thousands of amateur golfers up and down the country whose drivers have become illegal, and having used it for so long you have probably lost any right to change it under "fitness for purpose".

Do you have the original e-mails from the website where you bought it? If it was described as "conforming" in any of their literature or adverts you might be able to force them to change it under the Trade Descriptions Act.

  3. If you bought it someone else will buy it too. Resell it.

  4. I use a chipper club all the time. For someone who is in bad spots, a lot, it is a wonderful club. And it is two faced for the occasional left handed shot. And it is PGA illegal, so sue me.

  5. Unless you play in tournaments, etc. who cares?

If you do play in tournaments that will discover it then you should have done your homework.

  6. you dont . nobody cares anyway , find another buyer . old e bay rip off . lot of misses on that site . replace with legal club  appeal time expired . the site is selling some real junk and disappearing . sellers  is developing buyer beware use caution , alert
