I bought a SA2820 yesturday

i bought a SA2820 yesturday i followed instalation instructions charged it for more than 5hrs then put music on, it has frozen saying do not disconnect won't turn on or off and laptop says it malfunctioned and i've tried to recover it but it keeps saying its not connected when it is i've held down the back button nothing works i've also tried the reset button
