I bought a Solia are they good?

I'm scared I should have bought a CHI?

i've had both actually. bought them from folica. the solia broke after about 7 months and just stopped heating up and the chi broke after about a year and wouldn't turn on. apparently most hair straighteners die pretty soon after theyre bought but a word of advice if you did buy it from folica. KEEP THE ONLINE RECEIPT. they won't give you a refund/exchange even if youre still in warranty. they postpone talking to you until your warranty wears out. its ridiculous and we have a file against them with the bbb. so, the hair straightener- it works pretty well..for a while, but the company- dont trust.

I hear all of this hoopla over Chi and I'm sure its great but I love love love my pink Solia flat iron. Its perfect and it does not dry my hair out like others. It also gives me beautiful cascading curls when I don't feel like wearing it straight. Don't regret your purchase girl Rock it out!
