I bought a TVZ XL Super two wheeler for my old retired father, with the local dealer at Adambakkam named Blue Bikes; But so far no Registration has been done so far since 4 months passed, i apporached many times and they had given the bike to us and promised every week that they will do it. On going through deep conversation they say that the sale deed of this bike is with the financier and the financier is not releasing the papers due to the arrears on behalf of the blue bikes still pending. so my father has been affected mentally and by repute too with the neighbors. Kindly assist me in this as i paid in cash totally a sum of Rs. 24000/-. I had asked them to return the money so that i can purchase it with another dealer, but they arent doing the same. Kindly help me in this. Rgds

  1. What a pickle.  If you paid cash, they should have had the title signed over to you on the day you purchased the bike.  I would bring them to small claims court if you continue to have problems.  Hopefully, they gave you a receipt when you purchased the bike.  If they did not give you the receipt then you have a entire new set of problems, because then there is no prove that you are the owner of the bike.
