I bought a Teady Bear Hamster yesterday. I know I should have asked about the s*x of it before?

taking it home, but I didn't. (ONLY MATURE RESPONSES PLEASE!) Can anyone tell me how to tell the difference because I want to purchase the opposite of what I have now so they can have babies. Thankyou!

Ok....I dont know how to put this. Please take this maturely. Male hamsters have big er... balls.And if you do breed them as soon as the female is pregnant take her away from the male. Keep an eye out for missing babies...the female may eat them (natural hamster nature) Hope this Helped!

look on google type in teddy bear hamster sexing.... BEFOR YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT BREEDING YOUR HAMSTERS U NEED TO DO THE REASERCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND LOTS OF IT

It's fairly easy to s*x hamsters. Males have very obvious testicles. If you notice two large lumps, for a lack of a better way to put it, you've got a boy.

Please keep in mind that breeding is NOT a game. It's not something you decide to do on a whim and do it. It's not something minors should be doing without the help of adults.

If you're really interested in breeding, I'd recommend you do a month of researching and preparing. Do tons of research online, get some books, and talk to other hamster breeders. Hear their experiences and take some good advice from them. Do this BEFORE breeding. Get all proper supplies ready.

Breeding should be done responsibly, and unless you're willing to put forth the effort to learn before actually trying it, please don't breed.

i know it sounds stupid but male hamsters have larger backside where there is um glands etc

type in sexing a hamster on a search engine and it will come up with loads of things  owuld copy and paist but my computer has a restriction so sorry :(

i dont exactly know but books and the internet is good help or you could go back where you got it and you could ask them but be carefull when trying to breed them as she may be too young and may not be quiet ready hope this helped.

There are MORE THAN ENOUGH hamsters in the world already without some amateur 'breeder' making babies for s***s and giggles.  I would tell you to buy more hamsters if you want more but... I really would prefer if you just stopped getting animals all together.  Thanks.
