It's a 1971 Leon Wagner and now I'm thinking maybe I got ripped off. Did I pay too much for this card? Oh man, what was I thinking?

  3. The card that was bought for 1.62 million was Honus Wagner. He was on the Pirates in the early 1900's.

  4. Who the h**l is Leon Wagner?

  5. Leon Wagner played with the Giants, Cardinals, Dodgers, Indians, and White Sox over 12 seasons from 1958 to 1969.  He had .272 BA 211 HR and 669 RBI.  He was also an OF.  Are you sure its a 1971 card when his last season was in 1969?

  6. Yep. if you bought a leon wagner card you got ripped off. And if you somehow actually managed to get the HONUS Wagner card for less than 2.8 million then you are a genius.

Here's the history of the card I think you were going for....

"In 2000, the card was sold in an auction on eBay to Brian Seigel for $1.27 million. In February 2007, Seigel sold the card to an anonymous collector for $2.35 million. Less than six months later, the card was sold to a California collector for $2.8 million. These transactions have made the Wagner card the most valuable baseball card in history."

  7. Are you referring to this Leon? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SL7f4Kiar... Yeah, he's a legend!

  8. Depends, how many touch downs did he score?

  9. I think you mean Honus Wagner, right?

  10. Here isn`t the place to say insults...

Anyway, it`s your money,so it`s for you to think and us to know.

Don`t look at the past.Look at the future.
