I bought a Wii yesterday.

Question

I bought a Wii yesterday. Set it up and it wont read my game disc. i called them and they said they would send out a new game. In the meantime i borrowed 2 games from my brother and neither one works. i called back and told them. i have everything set up right and they want me to send my console back so they can fix it. I dont feel i want a rebuilt one when i didnt even get it to work at all. Any suggestions?
