I bought a basketball 4 days ago from modells, threw out the box, i have receipt can i exchange it?

i want to exchange its messed up, it keepsgetting deflated everyday, i've played with it, but yu can tell its still pretty new. and i think it was broken even before i bought it.

yeah...since the baseketball keeps deflating it shoudlnt do tha n its only three days old,...i dont think its ur fualt i think its the manufactring...but yeah sure y not.....

I doubt it, since you threw out the box, but why not try anyway.

You have nothing to lose, just tell them you threw out the box

because you never thought something would be wrong with the

basketball.  They can exchange it, and take the new box, if they

needed it, and just give you the basketball without the box.

You know, the customer is always right.

Yes, you should be able to exchange it for another basketball if you have legit reason. The problem is some people working for some stores are a bit annoying and they will either make the process really slow or they say "No" with that stupid look on their faces. They can really p**s you off. If that happens to you don't fight, just go to another store and you will likely find a nicer person who will be happy to let you return it.
