  1. Yes. If it is faulty and/or is not fit for purpose then you can have a refund under the 1971 Sale Of Goods Act.

  2. 1) are you putting the powder in the right place?

    2) do you have it on the right setting?

  3. Yes, contacxt them & let them know the machine is not washing properly.  Try a 40 degree setting instead of a 30, it is a little warmer but makes a big difference to the washing.  If you still arn't happy with it, phone them & tell them as it could be a faulty machine.

    Good luck.

  4. Yes you do have reason to contact them I have had so many people tell me the same thing. This is probably why they are the cheapest machine to buy. Everyone else out there should also complain.

  5. With this company it's true when they say "you get what you pay for".

We bought a Beko cooker some years back, what a load of junk! Sent it back the following week, now we pay more for quality "makes" and get the quality of workmanship and service expected without it breaking down constantly.

  6. Absolutely you do.  Write a letter, or contact the store you purchased it from.
