I bought a blackberry unlocked, the internet is still blocked. how can it be unlocked or debranded?

At&t is my carrier, phone model 7290. Is it possible unlock internet too? where and how?

Make sure you have the blackberry data plan.

If so, make sure your APN settings are correct. They are found in the Options > Advanced > TCP

Here are the settings you need, it is case sensitive so it exactly as posted below:

APN: WAP.CINGULAR

Username: [e-mail]

Password: CINGULAR1

Remove your battery and reboot afterwards.
