I bought a casablanca ceciling fan at a estate sale. ?

Question

there are no pull strings only a wall mounted box,with push button controls (off,on);(lights off ,on);and the direction and speed of fan. the problem is i do not have installing and wiring instructions with this fan?

Can anyone help me? this is a beautiful fan!

http://www.casablancafanco.com/services/... ....these r the install instructions...If U r handy with electrical wiring u can install a pull switch on the fan but it's advise U know what u r doing..have a good day.

Typically it's red or black for power. White is neutral and green is ground. Blue is typically for the light. If there is only one hot wire in the box blue goes together with the red.

go to casablanca.com, find an authorized dealer, take fan in, and get parts and pieces.  Great fan, sounds like a great find and buy.
