I bought a cd from an amazon.com seller which is someone that sells through amazon?

Should I worry about the condition if I bought it brand new from the seller and if it is bootlegged or not? I am kind of worried since I never done this before. I chose a guy that had over a 1000 reviews and 99% positive feedback.

If it is sold as new, it should be , you usually don't end up with feedback like that from selling bootleg stuff, i wouldn't worry about it, everything should be OK,,
