  1. You need webhosting to provide you online space where your pages will be stored. Bluehost is the best one

    http://www.bluehost.com/track/bluehostwe...

  2. As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.

Take a look at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . Their service is really great and easy to use.

  3. ok, go to www.freewebs.com and create your site there. create your whole site for free then when you are done and have published every page, you can go to premium and domains or something like that or on the homepage when you log in it says get http://www.yournamehere.com and click on that.

once you clicked on that, it will take you to buy a domain name or transfer a domain name. click on transfer a domain name and then your domain you have bought is now in use on the freewebs.com site.

you could also use go-daddy.com site builder. just go to your account tab and there should be site builder or web builder or just builder. hope this really helps you!

hey send me a e-mail with your domain name in it. i would like to see your site.

  4. Yes, you either need a webhost or a computer to use as your webserver, I do not know of any good webhosts that are free, though when you are looking, make sure they offer an FTP folder, they are easier to manage and you don't have to do any converting or importing, you just have to drag and drop, if you run your own webserver (free after you have your computer, operating system, and webhosting software unless you use IIS on Windows Server, otherwise it comes with the operating system)

If you decide to run your own webserver, you need to get a static IP from your ISP, it should cost just as much as the dynamic IP you use to connect now, if you order your static IP and have a modem with one ethernet port, connect the modem to a switch or a hub (do not connect it to a router yet), then connet a cable from the switch/hub to the webserver, and connect another cable from the switch/hub to your computer or router, then set up the static IP your ISP gives you on the webserver, then your router/computer should automatically connect using the dynamic IP
