i ordered two items, one came and the other did not, i sent emails and initially the company apologised and said it was the fault of the suppliers in china, and that within 4weeks i would be refunded. but a couple of months down the line... nothing. i've sent numerous emails and even tried to call the company but the phone number is no longer listed to the company. the website is still running and taking orders, and there is a contact address but i don't know if it is a phoney as the phone number. the money i'm owed is not the matter its the principle i know that there are others in my situation and the company shouldn't get away with it. i don't really know who to complain to, or anyone that can help? i would be greatful for any insight as to where i can go from here. thanks!

  1. dispute the charge through your bank or credit card, however you paid for it.

just call them and say you want to dispute a charge. they will ask you the story and probably request copies of your emails, etc.
