I bought a dvd of e bay and the last disc is not the right 1?

Hi i bought a boxset of someone from e bay and the last disc does not belong to this set i have contacted her and they said they will offer a part or full refund what should i do i feel awfull as they do seem very appologetic etc, the thing is i could get another boxset for half the price i payed for that on what should i do many thanks

return it all then buy the one for half price.its not your fault that they gave you the wrong disc.just say sorry and ask for a refund.

Keep communications friendly and  considerate ask for the full refund and swallow the cost of returning the item but do get proof of postage at the very least.

Honest mistakes do happen so give them the benefit of the doubt and keep scouting for that better bargain

Get a full refund of the person and do not use ebay again.

Go for the full refund. You wanted the complete set. Why should it be up to you to find the final disc somewhere else? it's just one of those things. The seller will get over it. lol
