I bought a fish from this website....!!!!!!!?

And they sent me two fish! =D But, why?

Maybe they sent you an extra one in case the other didnt make it, or they could have made a mistake. Whatever the reason you paid for one fish and got two, sounds good to me! lol

Dont let anyone tell you that buying fish online is bad for the fish. Fish bought online are shipped directly from the warehouse to your house in 24 hours while fish in petstores normally have a couple stops before they reach the petstore and then have to be bagged again when bought. Besides the online places are more careful about packaging their fish because their dealing w/ the pet owner directly and know if the fish arrives dead they will have an angry complaint. Pet stores expect to see some fish dead on arrival so they dont complain. The only real downside to buying fish online is having to pay the expensive shipping price.

i guess for advertising purposes, normally you probably would have told a few people or so correct?

now alot of people can see that the website is selling fish for very cheap

at the cost of the company's 1 fish

They say if you order a Juvenile Veiltail Betta they will send an extra one in cause the one you bought is dead on arrival. So basically buy one get one free! And their only $1. Plus $9 shipping. Why don't you just buy from a pet store, you don't have to pay for shipping. And the adults are cheaper. Fish shouldn't be shipped. It stresses them out, and kills them sometimes.  Notice how the websites didn't make a guarantee that they wouldn't die in the first month? And did you how they said they wouldn't recommend insurance even though its only a dollar? Never buy fish online.
