now i have to replace 2 inside walls. drywall and studs from ceiling to the floor. what can i do?

Inspectors are liable, as long as it is something he could have feasibly seen during the inspection. They should have insurance to cover that.

If it were buried within a wall and he was unable to notice damage from below or above the wall, then you have no case.
