  3. Sounds like a dodgy dealer to me.

  4. Most of them do not have titles and then you can not get plates

  5. Okkkkkkkkkkk, so why do they say you haven't gotten the title?  Have you contacted them and asked them??? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
