I bought a new zenith computer from S S Marketing, T.Nagar, Chennai,they are the worst dealer.Any alternative?

I bought a new zenith computer from S S Marketing, T.Nagar,Chennai. They are not providing support whenever i'm facing problem with this zenith computer. Even they are not at all attending my call. After that only I heard from many of the zenith users that S S Marketing is the worst dealer in chennai for zenith. Even they are not respecting the customer. They are always try to blame zenith quality & not listing the customer words. Because of this I suffered a lot. During warranty itself they are collecting money for attending calls.

Can anyone guide me is there any alternative dealer in chennai?
