Hmm, this has been a tough one and there are a couple of options, some of which you have probably thought of.

1.  Buy the manual.  It is available online from a couple of resellers but does not look to be available from Philips.  Cost is around $15.

2.  Call Philips customer support.  They may or may not help you, particularly if they suspect that you are trying to tamper with a hotel TV.

3.  I found some codes in another hotel-capable TV manual that might work for you.  Philips refers to the "smart hotel mode" as the "BDS mode".  Try this keypad combination from your remote control:

Press keys: [3, 1, 9, 7, 5, 3, MUTE]

If it works, it will pull up the menu that will allow you to disable that mode.
