I bought a product on eBay, and it was sent to the wrong location!?

The seller claims, he sent my product to an old address that I used to have... though I no longer live there and have no idea how he got that old address. I have tried to contact the people who live at that old address, and they claim not to have received the product. How can I get my money back from an eBay seller?

Good Luck!  I had the same problem, and when I posted a negative feedback comment about it, he left a negative comment in return saying "GO AWAY FROM US"...made it look like my fault!  He made me go to their website to pay for the item, but then got an old address off of paypal...I don't know how they do it???  And I never got my money back.  When I complained to E-bay, they said that you should never pay for an item outside of paypal so it was my fault.

You have to be very careful with ebay. You could buy something and don't know what it is. Plus you can pay for something and never see it. So be careful with ebay.
