I bought a "bowl" for smoking while in Mexico. Can I bring it home through US Customs?

I am with my parents so it will be very embarrassing to get caught.... hellllp meeee!!!

If the rules have not changed in the last 7 yrs, then the answer is yes- you can...as long as you've not used it. If you have, then I would'nt take the chance...you never know when the drug dogs will be there. plus if there's residue in the bowl, then it is obvious what you bought it for!!!Otherwise, for all customs knows, you thought it was a pretty pipe to be used as a knick knack or as a present to your uncle vinny so he can smoke his cherry tobacco in it...LOL:)
