I bought a refurbed H100

I bought a refurbed H100 Digital Audio player and proceeded to try to install the cd software on my pc.When I put the cd in my drive it comes up with a message easy start cd Your operating system requires an updated version of the easystart cdWould you like to access the updated easystart cd on the internet? Yes or NOWhat do I do next?It is not attempting to install the software.How the heck does this work.I checked the files on the CD and it has an autorun on itPlease help
