  1. Use a utility knife and straitedge, but be careful the knife may slide, Its easy to get cut real bad, a firm grip and slow passes until you get through it , Don't try to cut it all the way through in 1 pass.


  2. a utility knife will do you might have use a marker to trace the lense so you can start to cut into the plastic after the marker just go over with knife 2-3 times till its cut

  3. I used my jig saw to cut mine.

  4. I recommend a reciprocating saw w/ fine toothed blade  if you have one, or a jig saw. Put masking tape on the place you plan to cut first, go slowly when you cut as the heat from friction will melt the plastic and it can then just join back together ! If it is flimsy, secure the plastic w/ tape wrapping about both ends to a thin board and cut them both together...I have done this.

    You could even do it w/ a Drimmel tool and a saw blade attachment, it would just take longer.
