I bought a scratch off in Indiana got home to Kentucky, its a winner but nobody will cash it?

you have to go back to an indiana convience store

look on the back there is probably an address to mail it to for redemption. ie the state lottery commission

you can usually send it to the address on the back and they will send you the money.  i bought one in Arizona and i live in california.  i sent it in to the address and they sent me a check. it was only for $6 but they sent it pretty quick.  if i remember correctly it took about 2 weeks.
