I bought a skateboard at Toysrus and the trucks are black. Wat does that mean?

it means thething that holds the skateboards wheels are black.

Probably means the trucks have been powder coated or maybe even sprayed. Its meant to make them look "tougher"

well when i was little i had a toysrus board it just means that the trucks are made of plastic and if you actually want to skate i would recomend a descent board maybe just a cheap urban setup for $60 but toysrus boards go like 20cm with each push the trucks are plastic and the deck has about a 0.0000000005mm concave.
