I bought a tevion MP4 player a while back from aldi... and it don't work...?

what i did was i formatted it and then it stopped working??? seems reasonable... i suppose... could anyone tell me how to fix it or could they send me what goes on it???

i bought the same mp4 player it works when you dowload cd that came with it,if it still does not work take it back...

If you bought it from Aldi it has at least 3 years guarantee. You should have a number to ring.
