I bought a thing of brownies to make. But i dont have an egg. What can i use to replace that one egg...?

That i dont have? Now remember... i'm not making these brownies from scratch. They came in a package. Please tell me what i can use and about how much of it.

    It will not be brownies w/o the eggs.

  5. i know you will think i am off my rocker but found out a trick from weight watcher years ago.plus i have experimented too. you can use 1 small banana mashed.it will help make the brownies rise and be fluffy.also you can use colas.cola for dark mixes and sprite type cols for light mixes/ the carbonation in the cola will make them rise and be fluffy.if you like this idea visit at chefwannabs@yahoogroups.comand see what all we are cooking up
