I contacted the seller and of course no reply. Should I just file a claim or can I have the money reversed by contacting the bank?

  1. wow id be very angry....chances are you probly wont get it back, depends on when u bought it and who your bank is

you might be able to call and have what they call a "stopped payment"

but i would call the bank before id do anything with ebay to c if i could do a stopped payment... idk sorry

  2. i think you should file a complaint because it was very expensive it it was cheap then i would let it slide.

  3. This is easy as pie. Go to PayPal and put a claim in with them by telling them exactly what you told us. Then go to Ebay and leave negative feedback for what this scumbag did, then contact Ebay about their practices.

PayPal will freeze that money in their account and contact them regarding this matter. If they get no response (which no doubt they will not answer) you will get a refund.

Shame that people s***w each other like this.

  4. File a dispute through PayPal.  At the PayPal site, click Resolution Center.

For the moment, assume the seller sent the jacket as promised, and it got lost in shipping.  It happens.  Mail gets lost or stolen.

The seller needs to refund your money in any case.  But on the bright side, they can file a claim with the shipping company.  So neither you nor the seller should be out any money.

  5. First file a claim with Ebay or with Paypal if you paid with paypal.

  6. Wow that really is horrible, I feel so bad for you expecting the jacket then being scammed, it should be taken care of through paypal they are insured for things like this, but it's really horrible you have to go through all this trouble it makes me mad thinking about it for you. good luck.EDIT: She's threatening you because she knows she'll be charged with fraud, ignore her threats.

  7. contact ebay and tell them what happened, they will deal with it

  8. Contact paypal, you have automatic insurance through them and they will help resolve the dispute.

  9. first try to contact the bank. if there is no luck there, they u should file a claim

  10. you file a report on paypal. paypal will then contact your seller. if he/she doesn't respond within a certain amount of time, they will refund your money, no questions ask.

keep emailing your seller, at least once a day until they respond, to let them know you mean business.

don't let this go. i've been in your shoes and its frustrating... thank God, once I reported the seller to paypal, and my seller didn't respond to them, paypal gave my money back. when you report to paypal, let them know that you've tried contacting the seller repeatedly but no reply.

    goodluck

  11. That's exactly what I would do.
