  1. You will have to look at your receipt. Most return policies are 90 days. If you don't have your receipt you might be able to return it for in store credit (Not sure they will do that though). If you really want your money back and can't return it than sell it. You could probably get the same price you paid since you hardly used it.

  2. read the small prints. normally it is 7-30days. contact the seller ight help

  3. It depends on what store you purchased it at. Every store has a different policy on returns. Especially when it comes to electronics. I'd just try to sell it listed as "practically new". You should be able to get most of your money back.

  4. I think NO!  once you step-down the shop, an authorised dealer would not entertain you in refunding the sum for the article even if it is intact seal-pack (we have used it up for about 7 times!) unless it is provided for by the manufacturers themselves......I don't thing this is the case.  Commercially on very next moment of sale, the sold material becomes a 'second-hand- one.

  5. No. The shop is not obliged to. Had you not used it, the shop may, at it's discretion, offer a refund.

Sell it on an auction sight as nearly new.

  6. Under the Sale of Goods act there is a period of acceptance during which you may return the goods in their original packaging, unwrapped and claim a refund. The act does not specify a time period but merely says a reasonable time. The most generous period I've heard of is 28 days but some places stipulate only 2.  After two months I'd say that your chances are slim. If you've taken it out of the box then your chances are nil.

  7. as long as you have the reciept, you should be able to refund it. it also depends on how long the let refunding apply. sometimes its 14 days, other times its like 3 months

    Hope that helps
