You can look around and may find something.

These are fairly simple in design and it be easy to make. How these work? Just look. All it do is turn to give more fuel. Most have a gear so you can raise the handle up and down. So, they basic in design and you may be able to make something work, or, think of a way to make one.

A 9 hp is the same as a 15 hp on a Yamaha they just have a diff carb and diff lower but the motor is the same, I was just at my dealer and he had no small motors they sell like hot cakes. But I have found out that if you can find some one that works on them at home and there are a lot of them they have a lot of parts laying around and sell them at a good price. But it takes a Yamaha to make a Yamaha!
