i forgot to take them out this morning at work, so they sat in my backseat in a plastic bag all day (8 hours). i just took them out of the bag and the leaves are soggy, the flowers are wet and wilted...i want to save it somehow. is it possible to nurse it back to health or should i just buy a new one. is it too far gone now?

  1. I would set them in a window sill that doesn't get direct sun and see what happens.  Be sure not to let the soil get all dried out.  Keep it moist.

  2. Don't put them in full sun. It will burn the leaves.  If it got too hot in the car they may have cooked.

  3. dry all the leaves with a pape towel. keep it by a sunny window and let it dry. if the flowers dont come back up cut them off. also give your plsnt some plant food and thant will halp it re flower. if it has buds ikt will flower in no time maybe 2 weeks. if it has no buds you may not see flowers for 6-8 weeks, but with plant food maybe 4-6 weeks. good luck

  4. See if you can dry the leaves with paper towels be very very carefull, or just let them air dry not in the sun.   If you see no improvement ...... out to the store for some new ones.
