I bought an Affinity Golf Bag in last Nov. The rods inside broke the 1st time I put the clubs in.?

Can not find address for Affinity Golf. Also do not have the receipt from store but I think I think I charged it on my credit card. Do I need to contact credit card company. Would they have what I need? What some workmanship Affinity!!!!!

I feel your pain.  I bought a Slazenger golf bag from ***** and all the zippers and strap attachments broke in the first month.  It's very frustrating to spend good money and find out what you bought is c**p.

What I would do if I were you is contact King Par corporation which bought out Affinity golf, Intech golf, Orlimar golf and discuss to them what happened. You can email them at Email: [e-mail] or call them Toll Free: [phone]. The last time I checked their website was a month ago and they listed all those brands above. They also have a warehouse store in Michigan.

Now when I saw their site, they're only "proudly" list Orlimar golf clubs cause it's the best selling golf clubs in their line of golf and it was one of the well-known brand independently. They're trying to be like Acushnet or Callaway, buying out other "smaller" golf manufacturers.

Hope that helps. Not only golf manufacturers care about about six sigma or quality control so what you went through is normal for many frustrated golfers, especially when it's made in China.
