Change your paypal account, dispute the charge with paypal, and file a complaint with the FTC and inform them of the scam.

well if it was on ebay they have there own police so just report it

-if not then i fell srry for you, you could try to call the police and report it ( if they can't help you then at least the police can stop others from fallin into the scham)

report it to paypal and the website you bought it off they will investigate it and you will get your money back .... how was it a scam?

First contact paypal and try to dispute, contact your state attorney's generals office to file a complaint, contact the Better Business Bureau also/

ioffer.com is a trading community. Basically your going there to haggle the price of whatever your buying.

I am very sorry to mention that you weren't scammed; you set yourself up. Despite the fact so many have complained about the site on 2 different websites.* see source

Whenever a person goes online to shop they should look for information about and on that site. I found this within the sites FAQ:

" How do I determine if a member is a good or bad seller??

You should carefully review a seller's rating and comments left by other buyers. Most sellers are honest, but there is the occasional bad apple. See what other buyers have said about the seller, read their Personal Profile page by clicking their user id. Other than finding what has been found from that site in the last 5 minutes; contact ioffer, about the seller/person, using the link below. Giving feedback helps weeding out those who ARE scrupulous.  

Go to your online wallet and use the PayPal link(s) and contact them after reviewing any Help topics. Perhaps they can find a solution to your money problem.

if you got it on a site like ebay report it to the authorites otherwise i think you got screwed over
