I bought an Item on EBAY for .99 cents. Must I buy it?

I Put a bid on it. I won. Once I won, it stated the seller does not put Shipment costs up. Later I founf it was 65.00 dollars!!! Must I pay for this?

  1. In theory, you have to pay it because bids are contract agreements, but if the seller is trying to scam people by not telling the shipping cost up front, you can contest it with ebay.

    If you don't pay you'll receive an unpaid item strike.   If you get 3, you get booted off ebay, but if this is your first time and you're not new, you should be okay.

    FYI, in the future you should ask what shipping is before you bid.


  2. Don't buy it, this shipping is a rip off. sellers are not allow to give you negative feed back any more. Email Ebay and the seller,stating why you won't pay. DON'T BE RIPPED OFF!!!

  3. Yep, sorry. Once you bid you are bound to it.

    You can try to contest it through ebay by saying the seller was dishonest though.

  4. contact the seller and ebay , telling them that the seller's shipping cost is outrageous and the auction was misleading, they are using shipping to get the amount that they wanted for it, don't be scammed,,
