I bought an iphone from apple UK,how can I use it without having a contract with O2?

you cant unfortunately. as apple chose o2 as the exclusive network provider, you can only use it on o2 with an 18 month contract. if you try and get it unlocked, it will permanently block the phone.

there should be people out there that can help you unlock the phone to work with and Sim card ask a few of your friends

You bought too early.

You should have waited until the French model was released as it is illegal to sell a phone which is locked to one network over there.
