I bought an item from disney store in disney land paris and it has broken. I still have reciept?

and have only had item for 6 days. Does anybody know how I get a refund or replacement when I live in the UK? or even if it is possible. Thanks : )

  1. take it to your local store (mines in croydon but i dont know where in the UK you are) and if they have it in stock they'll exchange it for you, if not then they'll offer you either a refund or a different item that is similar to the original


  2. take it to your local disney store their all the same chain and they will take it back

    my sister works in the one in norwich and they do it all the time
