I bought an item on ebay 4 days ago and i payed as soon as i won, ive had no communication with the seller?

i feel dumb because i didnt realize that who i bought from had only joined ebay a week before and hadnt sold nor bought anything and i didnt realize until after the auction. how will i know if the item has shipped. im kinda worried.

i hope you paid through pay pal.  there is  buyer protection .  I think you have to wait something like 7 to 10 days, then you can go to   I had the same thing happen to me on amazon.  it took about 30 days but i did get my money back .  below is the link to the help page for ebay .  hope this helps.

Send the seller an email and also read the policy on when you can file a complaint against the seller with Paypal (If you paid through them) and ebay.

If you paid through paypal you should not have any problem getting your money back. Just read how and when you file your complaint.

Contact the seller right now (or at least monday morning) and if he/ she doesn't contact you by the end of the day, call ebay's customer service and explain what happened.

If you can get in touch with Paypal, do it. They might be able to do something.

I'm sorry you are having to experience this with ebay, I have went through this 4 times now 2 were resolved with no problem the other I'm still waiting.. 1st of all it has only been 4 days  most people have a 5 day handling time. Go to items won and click on your item then go to contact seller and ask about the status of your purchase, and when it was or is being shipped.  If you get no results you have to wait at least 10days then you can file a complaint with paypal and esclate to a dispute and they will handle it for you.  If you have anymore questions or need help filing a claim just let me know I'd be glad to help.

Contact the seller by sending a message letting them know if the item has been shipped and hopefully they will provide you with a tracking number so you can track where the item is at each day.
