I bought an old trunk with the key missing, I figured I would just unscrew the lock, not working, what else?

there is a square bolt in the back of the s***w and it keeps turning, I can't figure out how to keep it still, there isn't enough room to get a hack saw in, any other ideas?

Did you try drilling it out?

Take it to a locksmith, they should be able to pick the lock, and supply a key.
