what consumer rights do I have, the seller is not responding to my emails it's been over 2 months since I paid for the product online, it was paid for via a debit card thru nochex

well, it looks like you have been scammed. you can try contacting your credit card company and have them cancel the transaction if it still hasn't been gone through.
